Handling Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. Transit time will be based on the method of shipping you choose.

We use USPS and FedEx.

Shipping Rates

$1.99 flat rate shipping for the lower 48 US States is available when the order subtotal is $50 or over (unless otherwise specifically noted). Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and overseas will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If you have registered account with Gundam Vault, you can also track your order on your account login page from the top menu. Depending on the carrier, the tracking number is usually active within 24 hours or receiving the package from us.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Gundam Vault is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Gundam Vault is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as they will be required to file a claim.
