Gundam Model Kit or Gunpla (Gundam Plastic Model) which stands for the actual models and their assembly are kits that have been manufactured by Bandai since 1980. In terms of size they are scaled and the most popular ones are 1:144, 1:100 and 1:60. Other scales also included are 1:550, 1:220, 1:48 and 1:35.
Build quality-wise (details and articulation) they are each graded into their respective line and the most popular are: High Grade (and its HGUC successor), Master Grade and the Perfect Grade. There are other included grades such as the amazing Real Grade or the affordable Reborn-One Hundred and last but not least the Mega Size and Super-Deformed.

RX-178 GUNDAM MK-II Titans Prototype Mobile Suit is an extremely detailed and highly engineered model kit of the RX-178 Gundam Mk-II featured in the anime series Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam. Furnished with an internal skeleton featuring pistons, sensor arrays, as well as LED-powered e07/1/2014 (CR1220 battery sold separately), the Mk 2 embodies the mechanical complexity and attention to detail embodied in the Perfect Grade line. Standards for the Perfect Grade line include fingers that have individual articulation, while actuators move in sync with arm and leg joints. The Gundam Mk 2 Ver 2.0 from Zeta Gundam features styling and engineering found on the previously released larger PG Gundam MK 2, but shrunken down and refined. Includes beam rifle, bazooka, beam sabers, ammo, a shield that can retract and optional head Vulcans. A display hangar for recreating launching and maintenance scenes is included for the AEUG version.
The first in the MGEX sub-line is the RX-0 Unicorn Gundam. Its EXTREME Point is the replication of its luminous Psycho-Frame system. Katoki Hajime, its original creator, has redefined and re-interpreted the mechanisms for the Gundam using the combined engineering progress made in the original MG release as well as the Perfect Grade and Real Grade versions to create his vision of the ultimate Unicorn Gundam without sacrificing movement or sculpt allowing for an impressive array of motion including a 160-degree bend in the legs. Throughout the Unicorn's body, special new flexible color changing LEDs have been designed to accommodate a wide range of movement of the model kit as well as transformation between Unicorn and Destroy Mode. The LEDs shift color from Red to Green and are also embedded in its Shield Funnels to allow recreation of scenes from the Anime. The transformation has been renewed allowing a more accurate and intuitive hands-on experience. Includes Beam Magnum, 6 Gatling Guns that can be mounted in Shields, 3 Shield Funnels that can combine, Bazooka, 4 Beam Sabers and display stands to suspend the shields and MS Cage. Water Decals and metallic stickers by Katoki Hajime are also included. 3 AA Batteries required for LED system (Sold Separately).
