This is a Double set of Okawara's illustrated version special figures of the RX-78-2 Gundam and MS-06F Zaku II.
The RX-78-2 Gundam is the titular mobile suit of Mobile Suit Gundam anime. It is part of the RX-78 Gundam series built in secret on Side 7, primarily piloted by Amuro Ray.
The MS-06F Zaku II is one of the variants of MS-06 Zaku II series, which firstly appears in Mobile Suit Gundam anime. Piloted by numerous amount of pilots, however perhaps the highest-scoring Zeon ace of the war, Breniff Oguz is worth to mention.
This is a limited edition double set released for the 5th anniversary of the line in 2004 of the titular White Devil (RX-78-2 Gundam) and Char's Zaku II (MS-06S Zaku II Commander Type) in one of their encounters, featured in Mobile Suit Gundam anime.
A new inner frame was developed for this release, capable of striking more dynamic and realistic poses than an MG release ever could before! The transformable Core Fighter can be docked inside Gundam to become its cockpit, just like in the show. Gundam's movements are not restricted even when the Core Fighter is docked inside its torso, thanks to its ingeniously designed and intricately detailed inner frame! The Mobile Suit's armaments include a beam rifle with removable super napalm attachment, two beam sabers, shield, hyper bazooka, Gundam Hammer, and beam javelin. Marking stickers, foil stickers, and dry transfer stickers are included, along with three unpainted (molded in white) 1/100 figures of Amuro Ray, two standing (casual wear and pilot suit) and one sitting. A landmark in Bandai's MG kit history that's not to be missed!
The original Gundam as interpreted by mecha designer Hajime Katoki. Features unique proportions and styling and is first in the line of Ver. Ka products in the MG line. Includes beam rifle, bazooka, shield, beam sabers and transforming core fighter.
ExMSiA (EMIA) RX-78-3 G3 Gundam released in 2008. Based on the RX-78-3 Gundam (G3) variation of RX-78-2 featured in Mobile Suit Variations series, Gundam Battle Universe (game for the PSP and PS Vita) and Gundam the Ride: A Baoa Qu (amusement park).
This is a limited edition Master Grade kit made in Japan, by Bandai and comes with a high level of articulation. A ball and socket system allows movement in the limbs and torso. Attention to detail abounds as over 100 pieces are molded in 7 colors, so painting is not necessary. Panels can be removed from the body to reveal the structure underneath. There is a detailed cockpit where the pilot figure goes. Recommended for intermediate to advanced skill level modelers.
